Hmmmm... I wasn’t convinced the scales were right yesterday so I’ve done my 7 day weigh in today and it’s showing 202.7kg so I am on track after all!
446.9 lb Lost so far: 58.6 lb.    Still to go: 166.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
