220!! 220!! 220!! At my first goal!! Down 20 pounds since Labor Day...and a week before my deadline. This is actually weight I've RE-lost, having been here for a tiny moment once before, BUT, from here down is new weight loss! So, as of today, grand total since August 16, 2005...down 63 pounds. I'm proud of myself, for the weight lost, and, most of all, for not gaining it all back - continuing to weigh regularly and try new approaches as needed to keep on track. Good work, I say!!
