Ok, this ballooning weight is insane! Officially the heaviest I've ever been, even when I had the shoulder surgery!!! And I can't blame this on Beggars or even too much holiday eating, I haven't made anything and we haven't eaten at Beggars since I left!
New things to try....get some friggin fruit in the house! Eat more veggies, stay away from the grilled cheese, make soup (or look for soup that's not full of salt), and start to do some friggin exercise! You've got a frackin gym membership, get your uber keister over there!!!
New goal, try to lose 15 pounds by my birthday in Feb...I think that 10 pounds in over a month is pretty ok, but hopefully I'll lose more of that if I get my head out of my extremely fat ass and get shit together. Try to relax on the stress, stay away from pop, look into doing yoga at the gym (ask Summer for a new class schedule), take Diesel for a walk even though Sasha can't at the moment (doggy surgery, bummer but necessary), get off the frackin computer, you're ass is spreading! NO MORE EXCUSE!!!!
