So I have not been religiously logging in what I am eating but I am being more aware of portions and overall what I eat. I have a small win but it’s only the beginning!
224.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 59.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
