Well, didn't lose much this week. Not sure why. One thing I do know I am addicted to weighing myself 2-3 times a day and letting that sometimes control what I eat and not my hunger cues. So, this week, well today I put my scale away up and high. Everytime I see it missing, It will remind me to surround all to God. I trust him to lead me in my eating habits. I am scared at times, but I expect Great things this week. Hey, I am still losing. Love to all.
