Good week. Stuck to the diet. Stayed well within the calories all week. Recalculated RDI mid-week. 2800 cal --> 2700 cal. Still have a sore toe from the gout. Went for a 12km ride today.
230.4 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
