I'm happy to announce my first 10pound loss.Since I have an ultimate goal of 50 pound loss,I can proudly say that I came one fifth of the way and have 40pounds more to lose.But 155pounds is my dreaded set point and I always get stuck when I reach it.I'm desperate to make it different this time.Wish me luck.I have to reach 115 pounds.

Hooray for 10! Please rethink " I am desperate to make it happen this time" with "I am making it happen this time!"... You know you can - Believe in yourself and Just Do It as Nike says...lol.
