In the past three days i have only been to the gym once and that was yesterday. I stayed on the treadmill for about 40min. I was gonna get on the bike, but it was getting late and i had folks waiting to go to breakfast. had car problems on the other days, but managed to do some weights on those days. Going to the gym later today see how it goes. Oh, and i just had a bowl of Post Raisin Bran and gonna walk the dog right now.
212.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
