I had one setback yesterday, there were donuts and milkshakes bought into the office yesterday, I ate 2 donuts and had a chocolate milkshake, I felt sick and guilty afterwards.. I probably would have lost some weight if I didn't eat that but at least I didn't gain... I will continue with my healthy snacks and try and have some willpower when donuts are bought in I will pick up a fruit instead, I made a commitment and I will stick to it.. I have to do this for myself, I am doing good with my challenges it gets easier everyday and I am no longer sore from exercising...
189.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
