it's getting harder to keep track of what i am eating, enthusiasm is waning. just feeling a little bummed lately, feel rushed, i don't have the time to do the things i want, like exercise more. gets dark so early and it's starting to get cold out. keep working at it.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
