Only change I’ve made is drinking Bulletproof coffee in the morning & no food. Fast for 16-18hrs and this coffee blend doesn’t effect ketosis yet it’s very satiating. Mold free beans (French press), MCT (C8) oil & 1tbs Kerrygold unsalted butter dash of stevia.
