I am elated! Last Thursday was Thanksgiving which started a disastrous 4 days of eating whatever I wanted. Monday I weighed in at 154 but Tuesday was 151.5. And then today down to 148.5!? That's crazy! But I am super happy. Changed up my routine this week to do more weight training. Hopefully that will spark my metabolism so I can reach my goal of 140 by Christmas.
148.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
