Weekly weigh-in:
- Stopped working out on Thursday due to infected tooth. - Sticking to an all liquid/mushy diet because I can't chew or open my mouth too well. - No workouts for the rest of the week because I'll be having the extraction on the 8th + heal time. - I've been a couch potato and I hate it, but I need to rest up. - Husband bought Ensure shakes so I "don't wither away."
Relief is soon, the swelling is better today- the pain is on and off. Much better today than yesterday... I have a lack of appetite though...
Trying to stay positive, as I have reached my goal weight already and I have a very supportive husband. I also have a roof over my head, during these crazy times.
