Ok its been the holiday weekend. Overall I did good apparently didn't gain back weight, cheated with some cookies and pie and casseroles etc. but, I also limited my other meals and got a couple of short walks in. I did turn down donuts for breakfast, had a small cesear salad, grabbed a low fat yogurt etc. so not a complete success but okay.
161.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
