ini beneran BBku yg turun atau masa ototku, krna udh semingguan lebih gk olahraga, tp emg seminggu itu aku sibuk pindahan, bongkaran dam nyusun" brang seharian dan aku gk defisit kalori makan ttep diangkat 2000 😂
