Ringing the bell 🛎 for myself today! Bye bye 180s!

Side note- when my son took swimming classes every time a student advanced to a new level they would ring a bell and everyone in the pool would stop and clap for the student 😃

179.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb. Still to go: 34.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
