i have been @ 230 all week and then on weigh in wednesday i am 227.8 all of a sudden, go figure. it is getting harder to project weight loss, but the diet is working. i feel healthy, my clothes fit better, just need to stick with it and add more exercise.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
