空腹,没拉粑粑。昨天吃的那么少,还是低碳水日,今天体重还能涨,估计大姨妈结束这一周黄金期结束了吧,连掉了7天称了。昨天早上没空腹有氧,下午1个小时热身放松筋膜活动肩胛骨,练背1小时,有氧爬坡40分钟
170.6 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
