Happiness is in a number this morning!! So today is day2 of a very determined and committed eating regime. I’m eating all food groups but just balances portions and IF. I’m still breastfeeding so it’s hard to be too strict... I’m so happy that I’m moving in a downward direction... like who gains weight only after giving birth but this is project correction!! 💃🏾
182.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
