I'm up 2 lbs., I'm not surprised, and just glad it's not more. Hopefully, I can turn things around a little bit this week.
We had a fun time at the zoo on Saturday. It was super crowded, but it was nice to get out there with my family and the kids had fun. After the zoo my brother and sister-in-law took us all out to eat at Chili's. I did pretty good with my meal, but then they ordered everybody dessert and I ate about 3/4 of it. It was so good, but I definitely didn't need it after eating poorly all week.
Today is a new day, and a new start. I'm actually kind of excited to get back into the swing of things today. I'm going to get my workout in after work and hopefully will be able to stick to healthy eating this week so my next weigh in won't be up.
