Ok so I have been using this app for about a week now. I “thought “ I was being more aware and conscious about what I eat but this has really opened my eyes to my poor choices and eating habits. Now that everything is logged out I can take better action towards a healthy approach to eating not just for myself but also as an example for my daughter.
