It's only been a few days. If you weighed once a week, you wouldn't even notice. It's very normal to stay the same weight for a few days or more. You don't have a lot to lose, so it may come off slower ( a pound a week). But if the scale doesn't move in a few days, there are things you can do. Watch your sodium intake! Make sure your drinking water to flush out sodium and keep things moving. Up your protein and fiber intake (they help us lose fat better than any other food groups). Make sure your tracking all your food honestly (those bites, licks and tastes add up quickly). Good luck!
