yesterday was pretty easy for me, as far as what I ate. I got busy taking my mom to the store and just running around town. Today I will record my food intake and try to keep on track with my exercise.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
