my first journal entry. I was 270 in January. Now im 192. I've hit a a wall at this point. id like to be 180. I have also been training for career in law enforcement. I have a physical agility test this sat. Hopefully it all goes well...been trying to eat right to prepare as well as working out. alternating days with lifting and cardio
