1655 kcal Fat: 86.94g | Prot: 66.67g | Carb: 152.36g.   Breakfast: Quaker Oat So Simple Golden Syrup with Semi-Skimmed Milk,  Coffee with Semi-Skimmed Milk. Lunch:  Vinaigrette Dressing, Lurpak Lightly Salted Spreadable Butter,  Toasted Sour Dough Bread,  Cucumber,  Cherry Tomatoes, Lidl Baby Spinach, Co-Op Brussels Pate. Dinner: Tilda Brown Basmati Rice, Carrots (without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Chicken Breast Meat (Roasted, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Cheesecake, Tesco Double Cream, Tesco Double Cream,  Cheesecake . more...
