Starting a diet today. I've got the work out thing down pretty well, now I need to incorporate a good diet. I'd like to lose 20 lbs by the New Year!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
