hasil dari 4hari puasa sunnah plus makan ttp diatas bmr (aneh gatuh puasa tp makan masih diatas bmr:") dan alhamdulillah ternyata msh bisa turun, padahal tidur selalu 3jam dr seudah makan *karena skrng aku udah gakuat gadang🤣 lanjuttt masih ada 5hari kedepan. hwaitingg~
