Been 12 days since my last entry. Yes, you guessed it. I was too afraid to weigh myself! Birthday celebrations with a buffet menu, desserts, etc. Usually this will trigger my carb cravings and I will keep on indulging the next day, until I'm back where I've started: eating all the wrong stuff on a daily basis and weight loss out of the window! But this time I've changed one thing only - I did not cheat for 2 consecutive days. Só glad I stuck to this - helped a lot getting me back on track! 7kg in 39 days, still going strong💪🌹
205.0 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 61.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
