Took a week longer than my enthusiasm predicted, but here I am well into the 230's. Becky asked me last night if i had been loosing weight, first person to compliment me since starting this diet. validation is important, especially sine I haven't told anyone but my wife that I am dieting.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
