Thank you, guys! I'm glad to be blue again, but I'm still not back to goal. I'm going to take Chris's advice and aim for a "range" rather than a number while I'm working hard at lifting. Weight bounces around so much more for me than when mainly focusing on running and putting the miles in walking, which I was doing for the last months. Thanks so much for all of you supporting me and helping me keep accountable. I may not be recording my weight every day, but I'm going to be honest to post frequently to show the tends.
