今天徹底的放縱.....不按時間進食、吃了很多爆醣食物....菠蘿麵包、牛肉河粉、白飯....只也沒運動!不就短短兩天...就胖回去1公斤...我相信是短暫的...因為爆醣而增加的水分囤積...明天要開始正常了!加油!
