It has been a while since last I wrote here. I have been lees than faithful to my diet in the last weeks and have felt it in my body and soul.. Tired, achey, migrains, depression the whole bit. To today is a new day and I am back on track.

Good for you BobbiDee! We all have ups and downs, but it's great that you make the connection between how you're eating and how you're feeling! There are many "sick" people in our country who seek out doctors and pharmeceuticals for all sorts of ailments that can be improved or cured by good diet, exercise, healthy living choices and fresh air! Stay on track, work your plan and reap those benefits! You can do it!
