so this last week i didn't work out as scheduled but i tried to watch what i ate and not overindulge :) Yes so far so good there's progress :) Happy Tuesday All!!! :)
126.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
