Soooo my weight has been up and down over the last few weeks. I'm eating more healthy carbs but still sticking to my daily calories so have a feeling this may be water related. I had a Father's Day "blowout" last night with some beers and kebab so let's see where we are after this weekend! I think I may need to introduce more cardio to shift this last 10lb.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 70.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1459 kcal Fat: 74.09g | Prot: 65.03g | Carb: 128.35g.   Breakfast:  Fresh Pork Sausage , Tesco Unsmoked Back Bacon Rashers, Asda Baked Beans,  Butter, Nimble Wholemeal Bread,  Egg. Lunch: MyProtein Impact Whey Protein - Chocolate Smooth 1kg. Dinner:  Mayonnaise , Frylight Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray, Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten), Dr Oetker Momenti Tomato Mozarella Pizza. Snacks/Other: Hotel Chocolat Everything H-Box, Tyrrells Sweet & Salty Popcorn. more...
