My appetite is so easily suppressed. If I'm sad, I'm not hungry. if I'm stressed, im not hungry. If I'm feeling motivated like to workout or clean, I'm not hungry. If I'm upset or off balance in any way- I'm not hungry. So when my father comes home drunk, breathing heavy, humming, touching all the food, chewing and grunting; I'm not hungry. Part of me is glad I ate though. I probably wouldn't have eaten until tomorrow. Yesterday, I had cereal. Today, I had cereal. Cereal made right fails to let me down. I feel good. My body feels good... aside from the stomach flipping caused by the alcohol based activities stirring in the kitchen.
