I had problems with my bowels yesterday and cleaned out! so my weight went down a pound just from that I think, but I did stick to the diet. Did so today and got outside and did yard work, mowed 3 acres. Sunny and COOL here in a time when it is usually hot and humid so thought I would take the chance to get out on the farm. My blackberries are loaded and there were 4 I found already ripe and the muscadine grapes are loaded, the plums are a total bust.

Oh, well, just gonna quit worrying about those trees.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
