體脂肪32%,早上有上廁所,血酮0.8。
早餐漢堡排+蛋+小黃瓜+生菜
午餐貢丸湯、腱肉、燙高麗菜、五花肉
晚餐因為去學校交接勤學班便當組,所以大概8:30吃,去夜市吃10oz厚切牛排無醬2顆蛋無麵、一杯 雪碧、半杯可樂
晚上回家發現應該是在學校被小黑蚊叮,右眼下方有一個腫包,家裡的過期小護士塗上薄薄的一層,希望明天會消腫...
