昨天吃大碗麵線果然血酮還是比較少。
貳樓的漢堡肉、炸魚條2個、培根3片、生菜、麵包2片、玉米濃湯1碗、拿鐵咖啡2杯、檸檬果茶

早上運動17分鐘,晚上運動40分鐘
142.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
