After a "down" day (490 cal or so) so probably quite an empty stomach, I started this day with a super-sugary sugar-coated piece of coffee cake - not my normal breakfast! - and almost immediately get really itchy/tingly lips and feel weak in the heart! Gone are the days when I start each morning with a bottle of coke, I guess... it's better this way :)
149.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
