體脂肪32.4%,早上有上廁所,血酮0.2,果然昨天蛋糕甜點吃太多了😝😝😝
晚上看「民正言順」的影片有點失眠,大概2:30左右才睡
11:30吃狗一下忠孝店,日式餐廳,餐點不錯,但是男店員很吵,唯一失敗。
139.1 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
