A week later, I get on the scale and at least I see a difference.

Not really feeling impressed with the pace at which I'm losing, but I'm still motivated to continue with this journey!

I'm getting a lot of cravings for sweet things, but I'm trying really hard to stick to heating healthy!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
