Today i have changed my RDI to 600kcal lets see how thats goes.....

Well did good Monday . . Tueday night had Chinese follwed by another munchie day yesterday. . i really am gonna try harder this week i really dont wanna end up fat again!

Today just going to take it a it comes got spin tonight with my fam so shoul not bethinking of food...i hope this is not the start of a very slippery slope!!!

Went gym with Shekera and Sid i love those guys but dammm we worked out did twospin clases too...
179.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
