體脂肪32.6%,血酮1.3,早上有上廁所。昨晚禁食,血酮比較高。
早上鮮奶油濾掛咖啡+肉桂粉。
中午肯德基中可樂1/2杯,卡拉雞,炸雞翅、1/2包小薯條。
晚餐甘蔗雞、鵝油拌地瓜葉、椰子油炒韭菜豆芽菜。
140.7 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
