Down 1.8kg in 6 days just by tracking what I eat and being mindful! (and also doing half-assed OMAD on the days where I have work)
213.8 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 17.0 lb a week
