體脂肪32.4%,血酮0.6,早上有上廁所。果然昨天亂亂吃,今天要小心吃!
早上韋恩瓶裝咖啡約200ml+鮮奶油100ml,檸檬1/2泡800ml。
中午豬血糕1支、香雞城烤雞1/2隻、洋蔥絲、無糖綠茶、肉桂糖地瓜條
下午龍都八寶冰1/2盤
晚餐2根起司條、豬腳骨頭肉、韋恩黑咖啡150ml+3個奶球。
早上運動15分鐘,晚上運動30分鐘
140.2 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
