a little panicky. 2 weight gain days in a row. I'm hoping for a big bounce back down if I just stay the course. yesterday was a travel day and I was 'puffy' last night. Both ankles were very swollen.
235.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 70.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
