Why did my weight go up nearly a pound?!! Yesterday was a normal day. No exotic food. However, my blood sugar kept going low which surprised me because we had whole wheat spaghetti and sauce with fresh veggies. I did take some insulin because I've been conditioned over the years that such a meal is high carbs. When it went low I made us smoothies, only ate half. At bedtime I had half of an Ensure shake which brought it up and kept it level during the night.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 78.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
