體脂肪32.8%。血酮1.9。
昨天3.2濃度比較高,體重下降的就比較快,昨晚果然不該吃粽子啊
下午熱肥腸鴨血來吃,晚上吃肯德基炸雞3塊,然後泡濾掛咖啡加4個奶球。

運動:走路10719步
