My home scale is a an older digital scale. I was beginning to doubt its accuracy. So, I've decided to start using my Wii-Fit as my scale. This way I will have to plan when I'm going to weigh-in and it should be more accurate.
182.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
