Sinoza's Journal, 28 April 2020

Day 3- 70hrs(almost complete). Was really tough, Stressful, I almost ate my feelings but I asked myself “If I break my fast and stuff myself will it make my problems go away?” No, so its not worth and this is one of the habits I am trying to break “emotional eating”. I pray day 4 will be better.
152.6 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 18.5 lb a week

keep going.. I decided to do a three day fast and today is my 2nd day.... we can do this.... just needed a gut break
